This apartment complex is one of the worst places in St Louis County. I have been living with Mice 🐁 and Roaches 🪳 for a while now. The maintenance is horrible and the management team is very nonchalant and can care less about any of its tenants.
My son lived here and died here. The complex management asked for my power of attorney to sign his apartment back to them. Upon entering it was visibly noticeable that it had been robbed after his death. His rent was paid up 2 months after his death and also a security deposit was being held. None of this money was ever returned to a family member. Instead they wrote a check out to his estate knowing full well that he didn't have a will. These crooks kept money that wasn't theirs. Worst apartments ever maintenance is rude and lazy management is rude. Very unsafe people speeding through out the complex. Hall ways always smelling like weed. Appliances are out dated apartment has bugs apartment is full of mold they need to just tear the whole complex down. I would never recommend ANYONE to live here.
Worst living experience ever. You should avoid them at all cost. Maintance is great but the property manager and managememt company do not value safety for residents.
I'm a vendor for Lucas Hunt Village Apartments and it is absolutely one of my favorite properties to work for. The management is amazing and they have always strived to make their tenants happy. This is one property I would recommend to everyone!!!
These apartments have pros and cons. Pros:very spacious, plenty of closet and cabinet space, hot water all the time, good access to natural light. This is the worst realty company ever! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are thieves! The fees are out of control and they over charge for EVERYTHING! You have to pay them for your electric and they won't show you how much you've used! Very helpful staff!! – I lived at Lucas Hunt Village for a few years. The staff in the office were very helpful and courteous. The maintenance staff were very responsive to my maintenance needs. I highly recommend Lucas Hunt Village to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable rate.
