Beware Pass this place on by...good selection, nice sales staff, TERRIBLE customer service. Have had a problem with a leather sofa for over a year. Constantly promised it would be taken care of, only to find out now Lucas will do nothing to remedy the situation, Flexsteel will do nothing, and the extended warranty will not cover the issue. Spend you money somewhere else.
Large Selection This furniture store has a very nice selection and good customer service. They do not carry Lazy-boy, so if this is what you are looking for then they are not for you! We have shopped here twice, once for our kitchen table (we found the best deal at Granny's) and with our parents shopping for living room furniture. They purchased their living room furniture here and recieved excellent service. I will shop here in the future when looking for furniture.
