This “doctor” demonstrated a repeated inability and unwillingness to manage basic primary care responsibilities. My mother who is nearly 80 was told on multiple occasions that he “didn’t know what to do” with her yet he never formally discharged her as a patient, referred her elsewhere, or ensured continuity of care. Having relocated to Danville after having had my former primary care physician for 25 years, I was unsure about seeking a new PCP. Dr. Edelen exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and attentive to my needs. I have accompanied my husband to his appointments with Dr. Edelen as well. My husband’s medical needs are complex.
