Since Narisha has departed, we considered taking our children elsewhere but decided to remain loyal to the practice. Recently, however, we experienced both a shambolic and poor admin experience, followed by a poor dental experience. Administratively, we were placed in very lengthy on hold queues, something you'd expect when calling a government call centre, not a private dental practice. Glad we were referred here. My son had a lot of dental problems and he was so anxious about people touching his teeth. The dentist and the nurses were really nice and reassuring. Got the job done. It was expensive as they are a specialist but it was worth every cent. Lucky we have good health insurance. My son is pain free and is eating everything again. I think there is a back log because of covid so there is a wait time to get in. Thank you
