I was quite anxious about my son needing a root canal, but Dr Sara was so calm and reassuring. She saved his tooth after an abscess and made the whole experience so easy for both of us. We’re truly grateful to her — and the lovely nurse who was just as kind and caring.
My son had his first consultation today with Dr Janita Shah. She was thorough in her instructions about dental extractions and made my son very comfortable for his appointment next week. I highly recommend Lucas Dental Care for anyone who have anxious children/ teens.
We attended the Lucas Dental Care Bundoora today and were blown away by the experience. We almost didn't attend due to the negative reviews online but are so glad we did. Our 5 yo son was nervous but thanks to the lovely dentist we saw he was able to have his check up without fuss.
I absolutely would recommend against attending this dentist. This was the absolute worst care experience my family has ever experienced. Avoid attending Lucas Dental Care at all costs. We were referred to this dentist by our local dentist, because my daughter needed specialized care. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to tolerate the dental x-ray, so they gave us treatment plans one for under anesthetic and one with gas.
