Sometimes I tip even if the service wasn't exceptional. Sometimes I tip even if the thank you is less than sincere. Sometimes I tip because I realize even my absolute worst restaurant manners are better than most. Sometimes.
Chips were stale for my nachos and when my mom let the waitress know she was rude and had an attitude and then started talking about my mom to her coworker where I was able to see it.

Do not EVER work here! The owner constantly hires and fires or forces out waitresses after he owes them a couple of checks and then refuses to pay them. If you dine here you will notice that you rarely ever have or see the same waitress, that's because the one you had last time was used up, ripped off and forced out. He will take your tips, charge you for simple mistakes (your fault or not) and will try to force you to work other peoples shifts with the threat of firing you if you refuse. Average food below average service. I thought it might be better under the new ownership but I guess not
Food here is good but service is TERRIBLE. Wait staff is too busy doing nothing and talking to each other rather than helping customers.
Luca's is only good at night. I just got back from there. We went to the drive thru and I ordered chicken strips and fries. The lady asked me soup, salad or coleslaw. I said chicken lemon rice soup. I get home and she gave me coleslaw. I will not go during the day ever again.
