They might be good attorneys, but they’re terrible leaders. Training was a joke, just two days of shadowing and then silence. I had to ask three different times for more help and still never got it. No feedback, just unrealistic expectations like filing in the back while also trying to answer phones at the front desk. On my first day, they didn’t even give me the proper equipment.
