customer service was very good! process was 30 min to an hour max! hospitality was great and had a great verity of trucks to choose from
Watch out! They are typical used car sleezy sale people. They lie over the phone to get you to buy a car. Make sure you don’t buy site unseen from this dealership.
Amazing staff from start to finish. I made it very clear that this was my first time ever financing anything and went over everything multiple times just to be clear. Bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Lucas automotive group in October of 2024. 2 weeks after I bought the truck it starts to run hot and check engine light starts to blink. I called Jakori and he informed me to bring the truck in to their shop. So I bring the truck to their shop and the radiator and fans had to be replaced and I was told that the check engine light blinking was because of a bad spark plug, so they changed that also.
