Lucas Auto Center is absolutely fantastic. Yan and his team are professional, punctual, and extremely talented at what they do. This was my second time bringing a vehicle here. I had come in previously for a different issue, and when it came time to completely redo the AC system with a new compressor and lines, there was no question where I was going. Many reviews here complain about bad customer service but I feel I got pretty good service. Person I met was straightforward no BS. They repaired my A/C within a few hours at a fair market value. It works great! Ice cold again! Especially handy in this SFV heat.
After calling different shops to get prices on replacing my brake pads, Lucas Auto Center had the best price. I had front pads replaced in December 2023 and back pads replaced in December 2024, and I haven't had any problems with the brakes since replacement. They had a great price on replacing my spark plugs, too. I had that done in October 2024 with no problems since replacement. Every time I've been there, they've made me feel welcome at the shop, and I haven't had to wait long to get my car back.
