Lucas Auto Center is absolutely fantastic. Yan and his team are professional, punctual, and extremely talented at what they do. This was my second time bringing a vehicle here. I had come in previously for a different issue, and when it came time to completely redo the AC system with a new compressor and lines, there was no question where I was going. The AC in my 2008 Ford F350 wasn't holding the freon and over the last few years I went to countless repair shops who told me they fixed it but would only hold temporarily. Lucas Auto Center was the first place that properly diagnosed the issue and then repaired it. I just got back from 2 weeks on the road, traveling in a very hot part of the county, and the AC works great! I would highly recommend them!

The owner of the workshop is super rude and not at all friendly. If you want good customer service, I don't recommend going here at all. The owner treats you as if you owed him something, rather he is not interested in good customer service that's why I ran out of there and that without adding that he charges very expensive and terrible service.

Lucas Auto Center in Van Nuys knows what they are doing! They give honest advice and great service!! Rare these days, but they continue to perform as they always have!!!

Many reviews here complain about bad customer service but I feel I got pretty good service. Person I met was straightforward no BS. They repaired my A/C within a few hours at a fair market value. It works great! Ice cold again! Especially handy in this SFV heat.
