I bought a truck from this location and it’s been just problems🤬🤬
This is by far the worst experience that we had with this thieves couse we can not call them people! We bought a cadilac escalade and paid 20.000 down payment and for the rest of the amount they offered us a "good bank" ! We signed all the papers and after a month the bank called us telling that they decided to cancel the loan due to misunderstandings with Lucas Auto Center regarding our situation! Horrible dealer ship , I got a car from there they were suppose to take my payment off the card & didn’t then came and repo’d my car saying I didn’t make a payment
I was at the dealership on 10/20/2004 with my wife. Jorge the salesperson was kind of shady he ran my wife's credit report. However; we believe he ran someone else's credit. The vehicle we were trying to purchase was a jeep Renegade Grey in color. I called this morning never received a call back. Jorge if you read this post I've contacted the fair credit reporting act and FTC.
