I brought my Audi S-8 in for extensive repairs recently. I was very impressed with their service managers, Ryan, and Adam . They kept me updated on the status of the repairs and their service techs did a great job on fixing the problems in a timely manner. The bill was fair and reasonable and the written warranty on parts and labor gave me piece of mind. I`m planning on bringing my BMW to their shop in the near future for some necessary repair work. We have had a few experiences with Lucas and have always been pleased, but when the timing belt on our 2015 Passat recently broke and left our car inoperable, we had it towed to Lucas and were informed it would be a $9,000 repair to rebuild the entire engine! Great service and quick results. I went in with my infinity thinking my transmision was the issue. Turned out to be a sensor so later that day had my car back running like new
BMW cars are reliable and last a long time but, when you do need repairs the cost can be outrageous. You need an honest auto shop that knows what they are doing. I had a hard time finding one for years so, I was stuck going to the dealership. I have been dissatisfied with going there for the last few years for a variety of reasons.
