Good Customer Service
Been using Lucas for several years for my 2021 BMW X7. They work great with my extended warranty company who they actually recommended when I purchased the car (Fidelity). Ryan always takes good care of me and their prices are reasonable. Complimentary Uber ride home after I drop my car off is a nice perk. Never a big challenge to get it in and they fix what's broke and don't try to up sell me on a bunch of repairs I don't actually need. I was impressed with them helping me get home and back to get my car picked up, especially since my husband was at work. I’m happy that they washed my car as well. My disappointment came with my AC smelling off every time I turned it on after picking up my car. My brakes are also still squeaky and I thought they would lubricate it or check them throughly. Very costly their services.
Everyone there is very friendly and they are very helpful.
Hands down the best shop for any euro car. Skills better than dealerships, customer service that cares about the client and just always a great service done with the ocd experience of someone who cares about a job done right. I’ve had my Audi S5 and S4 serviced here on the regular.
