Everything went well. Before you pull in, you need to stop and park on Washington Street on the west side so the facility is on your left. Stop on the road, right on the center divider, and then find John. He will open the gate for you so you can enter. After the gate is open, make a right turn, pull forward, and then back in. In the morning there’s less traffic, but when it gets busy, this maneuver becomes very hard to do.
Receptionist was rude and hung up on me before I could get my sentence out. Seems to be a common thing with this place. 0 stars for her.
this is a great company to work with - Margaret, Nick, Dax et al are always so amazingly helpful!
I called this place yesterday morning to have some brackets fabricated and was cut off by the person on the phone after I introduced myself. Not Interested is what I was told before I explained what I wanted to have done!
