Jamie came to troubleshoot our underfloor heating system. I felt he had a lot of expertise in the system, he was able give us a range of options and he was able to explain the process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He managed to the resolve the issue we had struggled with for 2 years in just an hour. Lucans fitted our heat pump including new radiators, everything. Incredible service, the installation is extremely tidy and they really thought of everything. Would recommend to everyone (and have done)

I can highly recommend James and his team. Solar panels and a battery were installed with precise timing and great communication. We've barely spent anything on electricity since and managed to charge my car!

Prompt response to initial contact. Discussed and listened to my needs and suggested appropriate improvements. He was able to provide a complete package which was important to me. His work was thorough, quick and careful. I am very happy with the high standard of the installation and with the efficiency of the system which has reduced my energy costs by over 50% at a time when energy costs are rising.
