Super cool and super nice. I’ve gone in twice now to buy parts for my Kayo and both times he didn’t have them. Nobody does. The difference at Lucan’s is, instead of saying; “Sorry, later”, he took the time to look up the part number so I could order it myself and then proceeded to show me how to check which part I really need and how to replace it myself. Very grateful and appreciative. When I have repairs that I can’t handle I will be dropping my bike off at Lucan’s!. Highly recommend!!
