I got the Big Petey at Luca Brasi on a hot day and the word heavenly comes to mind. The complimenting arugula, roasted red peppers, Italian dressing and turkey seated in REAL baked bread was the ultimate sandwich. My buddies got the Fuggeda'boutit and Big Paulie and loved them too. Awesome cold subs and definitely a must return!
This is the worst deli in Hoboken. They're always out of things and they don't know how to even make a decent sandwich. For example, one time I ordered from them and they didn't bother to slice the cheese. They just threw some chunks of cheese into the sandwich. Same the with lettuce. And don't get any of that disgusting pasta salads they have. It's been sitting out for a long time. Never going back. Years ago this place used to have a line out the door for lunch, but now they barely get anyone to come in, for good reason.
