I visit Luby’s Cafeteria frequently—almost every weekday—and it is usually a pleasant and welcoming experience. That’s why I felt it was important to share what happened during my visit yesterday. I came in with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by an employee named Lola. While we were in line, she spoke to customers in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, repeatedly saying things like, “What next? What else?
