Delucious Food, ,excelent service
It’s very good food 🥘 and fresh I Loved
They are very short on staff and it shows waited 30 minutes for my side portion of spinach and when the server brought it very over cooked no clean tables they need to update the pay rate so good workers can stay ...or something they all looked like the cafeteria ladies from schools sad and fustrated with no hope
Food is delicious. I've tried just about everything, been going since I was a kid, my mom worked for Luby's for years. My mom and I went to eat while we waited for her Dr. Appt. Waitstaff is very friendly, great customer service. I was waiting for my Mac n cheese no more than 5 minutes before waiter asked and brought it out to me. Wonderful experience.
Great servers in the Fiesta Room
The food is delicious. The server Sandy is. always making sure you have tea or water. She's is just amazing. People like her makes you want to go back.
the lunch was good and I was happy today and I'm hoping if I go back again if I'm in downtown again I might see my friend Monica she was a great staff member so if we get a chance I would like to come back and see her again
The drive thru employee didn’t understand my order after telling her three time. So I just went ahead and got off and complained to a manager. And still three drive thru customers later and five walk take outs. We still were ignored by the employees and never got our food. We just went ahead and walked out. Very disappointed!!! Then I saw I girl walk in put up her hair and messed with her face and then started handling food yuck 🤢. Even when I asked for a manager the little boy next to the drive thru area was ignoring me.
