Every time I eat at lubys the food is always cold . I am never going back. Bad food service .my husband chicken was bad . It still had blood on the chicken. I had asked one of the service to change it for me she give me a ugly look.
Went yesterday las Palmas location for dinner..took wife and daughter..I ordered fried chicken louann...white meat..sat down to eat ready to eat my chicken and it was raw...plus waited for someone to serve us at salad area...no 1000 island salad dressing..
So after the parade we all decided to go to lubys on Guadalupe and General McMullen As we were a large group , right away they set up tables together for us and even gave us our own waitress who was wonderful and such a nice little girl who couldn't do enough for us - On top of all that the food was really good We are all elderly ladies and we are used to good service when we spend money - this was outstanding Very pleasantly surprised!!
