Tried about way too many times to make an appointment for my bf but somebody over there isn't doing their job...I called his doctor to send in the referral to these guys about 4 times and each time they didn't receive it and even made sure that the fax number was correct..Nothing. On top of that Sarah in customer service has a very bad attitude, pretty bad at customer service.

I come from a family of physicians. Dr. Nasri is careful, meticulous, knowledgeable, and eminently competent. He may seem a touch distant, but I've learned that that is due to his intense focus. He has been treating me for 2.5 yrs and overseen my throat issues superbly. His team is filled with comparably competent and efficient personnel. I am deeply grateful to him.

Had an 11 AM appointment, was difficult to find parking at the Tenaya location. Tried calling to let them know I was running late and should have known from my past experience with calling them that they would not answer the phone. Arrived at 11:08 AM, filled out paperwork for over 30 minutes. The waiting room was packed, even about 8 people were outside the door on benches. Not a good sign. How many doctors do they have? Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter. After being on hold for forever the receptionist asked for my daughters name. Gave her the information and she told me to hold on. She never came back to the call. Terrible service.
