I keep calling the office and calls wont go through, i cannot make an appointment
I came here several years ago and was told I had a majorly deviated septum, I had a tumor in my nasal cavity, my right nostril only functioned at 10%, and had the worst dry nose they had ever seen. Then I was being referred for an mri and the insurance declined further testing on a tumor. This made no sense to me. No one was willing to help and when I brought up my concerns I was dismissed. Doors were locked during operating hours. No one there..
Their front desk and billing department is the worst! This could have been a good office if they would have good efficient staff. This is a small office not a call center. They sent me a wrong bill then I called to check with them and they did picked up the phone right away then she said she will place me on hold to check my account. It took her OVER an HOUR to pick up the phone again and it was a different person not knowing anything going on. The best ENT Doctors in town Dr Lubritz and Dr Say have helped me tremendously with my sleep apnea and sinus problems. The front desk girls Ana and Erica are so friendly and caring from the time of my appointment to the end the entire visit I felt welcomed and like the staff cared the Medical assistants were also very attentive to my needs and helped me out with my procedure. Definitely recommend
