They need to work on customer service. We went in a sample and we can not get a response about the status of our sample analysis.
I use Lubriport Labs to analyze numerous oil samples from gas and diesel engines often. The reports are thorough, and delivered in a timely basis. It costs me extra to send these samples from Florida, but the service is superior to what I find in my state!
Go there with a lubricating oil sample, they'll analyze it.
