Very helpful explaining how the services are performed and with which products. Dealers only do drain and fill for coolant and break fluid, while here they do complete flushes. Also many dealers don’t even service power steering. I was unfamiliar with the fluids and not sure if flushing was the way to go for transmission, but their experience and expertise convinced me and was supported by many who compare flushes and drain and fill online. Wow! What service! They explained what they were doing, provided a detailed list, were friendly and transparent and offered great advice on what would need service down the line. They took the time to actually show me. I did not feel taken advantage of or mansplained. Will definitely be back.
We have been going to Great Canadian for years and decided to try something different. Could not have been happier. Excellent customer service and vehicle knowledge in general not just the services they provide! We will definitely be returning.
Went in for a small adjustment today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Will be going here for all my future oil changes.
