I love my Dr. She is very good at what she does and is down to earth and easy to talk to. She takes time with you and you never feel rushed. I like that she is very thorough and wants what is best for her patients. I live a bit far from her office but I don't mind the drive she's worth it.
The office is very clean and welcoming which is why I gave one star. Dr. Isho and her staff have let me down twice. The first is when the staff did not properly tell me about the severity of my test results and it took going to an OBGYN a year later where they informed me and got me the medical procedure that was necessary. The second time is when I was going over bloodwork with Dr. Isho and she insisted on putting me on a thyroid medication because of my slightly elevated results. It’s my first year having a different insurance other than Kaiser. So it has been a big adjustment to getting used to this new insurance. I am all about Kaiser and their care is great. So with Dr Isho’s office appointments are so far out. I needed lab requests for my surgery and she is making it hard for me to receive which is ridiculous because she’s getting paid by my insurance to give me her services. For appointments she is not puntual and the difference with Kaiser is that it is always puntual with them. I hope I get my... read more
