The office is very clean and welcoming which is why I gave one star. Dr. Isho and her staff have let me down twice. The first is when the staff did not properly tell me about the severity of my test results and it took going to an OBGYN a year later where they informed me and got me the medical procedure that was necessary. The second time is when I was going over bloodwork with Dr. Isho and she insisted on putting me on a thyroid medication because of my slightly elevated results. It’s my first year having a different insurance other than Kaiser. So it has been a big adjustment to getting used to this new insurance. I am all about Kaiser and their care is great. So with Dr Isho’s office appointments are so far out. I needed lab requests for my surgery and she is making it hard for me to receive which is ridiculous because she’s getting paid by my insurance to give me her services. Great Doctor that cares about her patients
Idk how she is as a Dr because never got the chance to go. Scheduled an appointment months in advance only for them to cancel on me a week before. Okay, I get it things happen, schedule for over a month in advance, and once again a week before my appointment they cancel on me again! I couldn't rescheduled but I just didn't want to risk it for a third time.
