A quick and friendly oil change service! This was a huge upgrade in friendliness compared to the service center I have been using in Austin, where it usually takes a two-hour wait and an appointment. I’m glad I stopped in.
Tracey Elliott’s customer service was very professional. She quickly got an appointment for our oil change to fit our busy schedule. She made sure we received a courtesy drink pouch (with a handwritten note on it) along with our visit. Thank you Solana for fast and friendly service!
