I’m not sure what happened to be honest I went in for an oil change, then mechanic called me out to where My truck was and told me to look and said I had a cracked block. My truck only has 78,000 miles on it. My husband passed almost 4 months ago. This was the last thing I needed so I decided to go to two other people both shops told me that there was nothing wrong with my truck. My truck has never got hot nowhere near hot not even halfway so all I’m asking is was it an honest mistake?
All the people working there were very respectful and honest and polite, and they even offered me sweet tea
My transmission went out while traveling through and the team was very accommodating about my situation. They did everything to make sure my car was worked on in a timely manner and gotten back to me.
I am a Service Technician and I was on the road for work and realized my was due a oil change so I pulled in to Solana Motors asked if they had time for a oil change and they were busy but they were able to get me in right away . They were very polite and friendly staff , Thank you for your service and next time in the area and I need to get my truck serviced I will take it back to you, thank you again
