I have been renting from Lubin property management for 4 years and have been completely satisfied with the service and response to any problems I've encountered. On 12/03/19 I went into the office and spoke to the girl behind the glass about why my deposit is showing 0.00 on my protal and why haven't no one got back in touch with me because the unit is in better condition from when I moved in and I don't need no problems when I vacate the unit on 12/31/19 and she said that's not important and I told her yes it's very important to me and I being waiting on an answer since yall took over also ask could I speak to someone in accounting and rude as usual they gone for the day and we clo... read more
Lubin property management is allowing drug dealers and prostitutes to stay at their homes AND HELP THEM SELL DRUGS.
Horrible experience as a property owner. They told me it was the perfect storm why my properties stayed vacant for over a year in one property. They overcharged me for work they never did. This was the worst experience!! Crestcore Memphis is great and is taking care of my properties and it has been a wonderful experience.
