reviews are about Lubin Pham Caplin (LPC) doing lightweight legal work or providing an initial consultation. Any decent attorney can do that by writing a strongly worded letter or making a few phone calls to solve a conflict. Lubin Pham and Caplin did NOT disclose on their website that Nickolas Caplin had a DUI and lied to the police and this DUI got him in trouble with the California lawyer bar and they did not tell me about this when they told me they could not take my case. I wasted SOO much time and now cannot find a lawyer to take my case because of all of the holidays and I have to go do a big surgery so all of this must wait and the harassment won't stop!
