They were fast and thorough, presenting all the things that I should do regarding maintenance that I, of course, neglected, but were not at all pushy- just presented the information and let me decide. I had an oil change, filters replaced, and new wipers. Cheaper than going to the dealership and every bit as thorough. Absolutely no complaints, would highly recommend as a great option in Rockford.
