This by far has to be the one of the worst oil change places I have ever been to. I own a 2003 Land Rover which requires synthetic oil. The put regular oil in my car which now resulted in my engine knocking. I called the store and spoke to Andy who was supposedly a manager but hardly acted like one. He yelled at me and proceeded to tell me I requested regular oil. Who in their right mind would request regular oil when your car requires synthetic oil?!
