I've used them for several years but then when I recently got an oil change I had a oil pressure light come on the next day, The Dealer informed me that the oil filter was crushed and was likely never changed causing low oil pressure. After talking to the manager he said he could not refund my money and only the owner could. I gave him my name and info for the owner to call to discuss. I never heard back. My Recommendation is to never keep on driving as they obviously do not care about there customers...
Told them not to touch my tires, I had just checked that inflation level was correct (40psi). They didn't listen and proceeded to let air out of the tires on one side of my vehicle before I caught them. Then they didn't re-inflate the tires to the same level, claiming their gauge read 44ps. When checked with my gauge it didnt even read 38psi. So I had to drive with tires on one side of my vehicle at lower level than the other to a place I could correct their screw up.
