Right after service, on inspection, my husband noticed the line from the overflow tank had been disconnected. He brought this to the owners attention; after watching the security camera video it was clearly done by the technician on purpose. If left unseen this would have lead to the engine of my truck to overheat and possibly destroy it. I am appalled by these actions and left wondering how many other customers they have done this too.
