I will never go there again! What a rip off!! On 9/5/2015 I paid $38.95 for the full service. I even told them that the car had indicated low coolant. The guy under the hood didn't pull out any dip sticks and nobody checked any tires for air pressure, yet thier checklist indicated that everything was checked and was good. I just got car back from dealer (for other work) 5 days later and was told that they noticed it was low on coolant and added it for me. I am now wondering if they did anything. Rated the Best oil change service for several years in the area. I have taken all three of my cars to be serviced. Usually just get oil changed for $38 bucks. I do the other fluid checks myself. Stay in the car while they do the work. Usually get my car done at lunch time with no appointment. And YES they do change the oil filter. So would highly recommend.

NEVER GO HERE EVER!!! – READ THIS STORY BEFORE EVER THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE! I am a certified aircraft mechanic and have 15+ years exp. in automotive industry. I went to this "PENNZOIL QUIK LUBE THRU" today and here's the reason you never go here. I usually do my own oil changes but I was short on time today and it is cold outside. Convenient I go here because they make it so easy. You just drive in, you don't even have to get out of the car, which is great when there are sleeping kids in there. They are quick and thorough and their prices are reasonable.

Better than Jiffy Lube I took a then-new Explorer into Dave's and thought there would be a problem, because it was the first of the new style. No problem, they were up to it and had the exact filters I needed. Very courteous staff that are good at explaining what they do, even to the novice housewives that were asking the questions. The waiting area could be a little cleaner, but you can live with that, given the excellent service.
