This location is absolutely terrible. Why do they break things and not say anything. Twice now you’ve cost me money on my jeep. I’m absolutely done with take 5. It started with my Cherokee you over tightened the oil filter and cracked the housing. Had no idea until I started getting a burning smell in my vehicle a few days later. So they got a scam going on where if you call before you go you’re connected to a customer service person who will tell you an oil change is $80 but they’ll text u a coupon and you can get it for $57. THEN when you go to the location they tell you no it’s $109 and they can give u a discount and it’ll be $80. And when u say u called first and they gave u a different price they say oh that’s an answering service who has a script they read and the prices are wrong. Wish I got their names, but both young men did a quality and quick job changing my radiator fluid and topping things off. They need a raise! Will be back again.
My fluids weren’t topped off and tires weren’t checked like they normally do when I came in for an oil change. A filter is always tacked onto the bill without any explanation. I felt like the members were annoyed when I pulled in at 6:30pm.
