I really liked Brandon!! Good guy and honest as well. He wasn't trying to rip me off, like other places
The employee turnover at this place is insane. Always new people. They were cussing about all the people coming in. Only 2 guys working. So unprofessional ! They don't do safety checks of lights anymore or air your tires or grease your doors.The guys were nice to me but I was not impressed with the service.Only reason I continue to go here is because it is close to home.
Horrible experience. I pulled up at 1:50 on a Saturday. The man greeted me and said to pull up to Bay 3. So I started listening to the Browns vs Rams game which had 12 minutes left in the 2cd quarter(relevance later). By the time I pulled in and left the third quarter was ending. It was 3:25. That’s an hour and a half. The guy changing the oil was fantastic. The guy running sales was yelling, screaming, and cursing.
