If you're a skilled tradesman the place is ok,but as a general laborer it's horrible with to many useless bosses and snitches.there's a guy in sand blasting and painting who was given a manager title by previous owner he has no leadership or people skills of any kind.if they post a general laborer position avoid and move on.
Their employees like to go online to stalk and harass women. It's a shame they have such terrible people employed for them.
Every once in a while you go to a Shipper that is a cut above, and this is one of those places. They were able to get me loaded even with an administrative issue. Very patient and helpful, even going as far helping me tarp my load (which is very cool and not common), and letting me do it in their building! Really great people. Thank you so much!
I personally do not work at Lube Power, but I have worked with there product for many years and they do great work. I have never seen a bad lube system come in our plant. There weld quality is awesome, they take pride in their craftsmanship the same way we do here at Murray Turbo, Tutthill, Dresser-Rand, and now Siemens.
