I went in for an inspection and my windows rolled up and down just fine when I went in. As I was was leaving I tried to roll my window back up and it wouldn't. Two technicians tried to help me get it back up and a plastic piece snapped and fell out of my door. They tried to say there was no way it could've fallen out, but I saw it and heard and I have the piece.
