I have been going to Lube One for over 5 years and have been very happy with their services. The last time I went their I had an issue and the Leo Grande family went above and beyond to keep me happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will continue to have them service my vehicles...They do GREAT WORK!
When I was having repeated issues with my SUV after payiny $2000 to a dealership on a repair, these guys were willing to do a computer diagnostic on the spot, and helped me. Best of all they fixed the problem for me. The Ford dealership was just looking to bleed me dry slowly.
I have only been there a few times. And have been very displeased with customer service. I will not return. Very unprofessional. No one greets the customer, just simply yells from the back room what I wanted. When asked about making an appointment for an oil change I was rudely cut off with him stating "nope not today" No bother to get up and come out of the office. Please bring your service to a place willing to help their customers.
Ever since I moved up for the past two years, this is the place I have taken my car to. They gave me options to try to avoid costly and unnecessary repair work and were obviously NOT out to get as much money as possible. Family owned and trustworthy. I have had no issues with their work and is why I will be bringing my wife's newly acquired used car here too.
