Visited on a Saturday at 2, was seen at 2:15. During my visit the mechanic under my car complained of being at work.... Horrible Customer Service!! This is why I will always go back to Burks Auto and will never be back.

Their prices are fantastic, their service is quick, and their customer hospitality and professionalism are wonderful. I got better service here than I’ve been getting at my dealership for the past 10 years. I came here because their prices were MUCH more affordable, but I’ll stay a customer because of the great service. James the manager was wonderful and so professional! I drove 45 minutes to get here and it was worth it!

Every time I have a problem they save the day! Fast, super friendly, knowledgeable and accurate service at great prices! They do so much more than just oil changes. Go see them for breaks, batteries, wiper blades and more! If they can’t do it they will also help you find a solution. Great customer service!! #shopmtjulietfirst
