Visited on a Saturday at 2, was seen at 2:15. During my visit the mechanic under my car complained of being at work.... Horrible Customer Service!! This is why I will always go back to Burks Auto and will never be back.

I’m a customer for life now! Came here at the recommendation of a family friend. Their prices are fantastic, their service is quick, and their customer hospitality and professionalism are wonderful. I got better service here than I’ve been getting at my dealership for the past 10 years. I came here because their prices were MUCH more affordable, but I’ll stay a customer because of the great service. James the manager was wonderful and so professional! I drove 45 minutes to get here and it was worth it!

I've been coming here for oil changes for over ten years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are quick, honest, efficient and all of the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. Definitely recommend!!
Every time I have a problem they save the day! Fast, super friendly, knowledgeable and accurate service at great prices! They do so much more than just oil changes. Go see them for breaks, batteries, wiper blades and more! If they can’t do it they will also help you find a solution. Great customer service!! #shopmtjulietfirst
