I have been going to softway for years ,I love the place I have never had an issue ,and if something wasn't rite I would bring it to there attention, I just took my 2023 ford tremor to Ben for ceramic coating, He does amazing work .all the staff is friendly, it's the only place to wash my truck my wife's car and all my buisness vehicles..side note oul change place next door is very good as well Denny
I was waiting and waiting and waiting to check air pressure in my tires...(I was told yes the pressure can be checked. Sure...) 20 min later still waiting...Than the young woman came out and just asked me what am I waiting for and told me to park my car a little bit further away...and she left. To buy her lunch...She came back (with her lunch ) and went to the side to eat it... Still waiting...The workers just kept looking at me from the inside... My oil change was $78 for "house/generic" oil. That price is almost TWICE AS MUCH AS I PAID AT TUFFY'S!! I will not be back!
