This is no longer a (penzoil) Lube-it location. The previous owner must have retired/sold/changed franchises and now it is a Valvoline Instant Oil Change location. The new business is fine, but it is significantly different in style (and it appears there has been a significant staff turnover). This is now the type where you stay in your car and they service the car around it. The new staff is good though. Honestly quick and honest very up front and blunt but you would rather have that than most mechanics who up charge you especially for females
