Great service at this location great price , I will definitely be back .
I just left Lubecity for an oil change. Great facility & service, in & out within 15-20 mins. Great staff. I will be a regular customer. Hard to find a place that has honest and good service.
I was disappointed with my visit. The technician did the bare minimum and didn’t offer to: • Lubricate the door or hood hinges • Wash the exterior windows • Check the wiper blades I had to specifically ask for windshield washer fluid, and when I did, I was told “that’s extra,” apparently as a joke, but it didn’t come off that way. Everything else was marked as “declined” on my bill, even though I was never asked or given the option. I wouldn’t be surprised if more items on the checklist were missed.
