My service of the oil change I had was very good as always.
After using the wrong filter and not properly filling my truck with oil i develeoed mechanical issues and they would not warrenty their work terrible place. The engine wear was from you guys shorting my oil by 3.5 litres that's what caused the engine wear. Further more the oil you tested was after a engine flush trying to repair the damaged you caused
