Got a synthetic oil change yesterday at the 13838 127 street location. I was assisted by staff, Cedric. He was professional and offered great service. He was very thorough explaining options for my oil change and in checking things in my car. The shop itself was very clean. I woukd highly recommend them.Definitely will get my oil change there from niw on.
I have been with Lube city for a while now and I would say that they still have the best prices around the city. I had my last few oil changes in this location. Ringo always welcomes you with a big smile and is very friendly and easy to talk to. Mariya also helped me with explaining what was being done and the suggestions needed to be done with the car. Shop is clean and organize as per usual. Overall a very pleasant experience.
