"Excellent customer service! The staff here are always polite and take the time to thoroughly explain everything. During my last visit for an oil change and tire maintenance, an impatient and rude customer unfortunately skipped the line ahead of me. The staff handled the difficult situation with incredible politeness, though it did back up my wait time. I really appreciate their great attitude and highly recommend them for their thorough care!"
Huge shoutout to Rico and Marina for the outstanding service! After being disappointed with my previous experience at Mr Lube, they completely changed my perspective. They were welcoming, professional, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed. It was a two-person crew, and they worked exceptionally well together, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Keep shining, you two! Great service earns customers, but great people earn their loyalty. Highly recommend!
The mechanic guy was very nice and professional, I was waiting in my car, even though he already had a client, he took the time to come outside to my car and greet me, gave me the waiting time I was looking at, and when it was my turn, went through every steps and showing me what I was paying for. Nice people, look happy at work!
Ringo and Mariya were so helpful, they are so exceptional. Definitely going back here!
