This is my usual location for oil changes. I took a coupon with me. Sin29E is the person I was dealing with. He looks at my coupon and says yes that is $25 off. Perfect. After everything is completed, he tells me what I owe and I could see in plain sight that he did not apply the coupon. I asked him if he took off the $25? He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off.
