The first time I took my Traverse to Lube City Leduc they were great. The second time I went they caught me with the lie that I had sludge in my engine and needed a $30 engine flush. They showed me a filler cap with sludge in it that definitely wasn’t my cap. Shame on me for falling for it, being distracted with my toddler in the car yelling to go, but shame on Lube City for pulling that kind of BS on people. Was it because I’m a woman? Excellent, speedy service that is very customer oriented. Love the coffee machine too!
These guys were great! They were fast, friendly and checked all the fluids in my car and checked that my tail and front lights were working and they didn’t try up sell me on anything extra. And the price was reasonable.
