Got an oil change done in October, when I got my next oil change done I found that they cross threaded the plug when it was reinstalled. I called them about it and they said that it was already damaged at my October oilchange and they told me that (which they did not) and I refused to let them change the plug. Very dissatisfied with the work done, and with the way I was treated when I phoned to discuss the issue.
