The service was extremely fast, and all the staff were very friendly. I especially appreciated one of the Indian staff members I don’t know his name he was very kind, helpful, and made the experience even better. Great service overall! Thank you
The service was fast and courteous. They checked the air filter which was nasty and needed replacement.
Less than 2 minutes after my arrival the employee decided to take off my radiator cap…. This is what happens when you don’t train your employees, I wasn’t even parked for 2 minutes and the lube-tech took the radiator cap off, she hesitated when realizing it was under a lot of pressure but decided to continue anyways and covered my paint and engine in boiling hot radiator fluid, and their solution was to wipe it off and try to hide it, only after I complained did they offer to clean it up.
