Had a great experience here for a scheduled maintenance visit. The whole process was smooth, and the espresso while waiting was a nice touch. Chris was especially helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the inspection results and didn’t rush through anything. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and transparent he was. This company is good they don't try to up sale. They tell you what is needed and in what order and why.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team at Lube and Latte is kind, professional, fair, and fast, and their online system for booking, inspection review, and estimate review and approval is so easy to use and streamlines the whole process. I came in for an oil change, and they were able to address several additional needs at the same time without my needing to book an additional appointment. Highly recommend.
