My mother had a procedure done for her dialysis access (fistula), and overall, the experience was positive. The staff was knowledgeable and clearly experienced with dialysis patients, which made her feel more at ease. The procedure itself was efficient, and we appreciated being able to have it done outpatient. What really stood out to her was the techs in the back, they made her feel welcomed right away and took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect.
