About one year ago I went in for a spider vein treatment. He injected that site and then without asking began shooting here and there saying “do you see that? Boom I got another one’” I said I didn’t see nor ever notice the other veins previously just the one I came in for. He said this will keep them from showing up and I might as well since I am there. Dr Bruening's been treating my varicose veins, for a few sessions now. Not exaggerating but my legs and feet were a mess...and he told me so but, that it was fixable. I was embarrassed but he never made me feel uncomfortable. He truly is one of the best doctors I've had. He's incredibly knowledgeable in this field...that's easy to see but he's also very kind, and patient, he educates you on what's going on in your veins and how the process works. Several friends recommended I get an appointment with Dr. Bruening and so glad I did. Immediately following the 20 minute procedure my leg did not feel heavy. The procedure was so simple my husband did not have to go with me and it was relatively painless (I like shots said no one ever lol). Plus, there is no recovery time.
