I've been using this facility for over a year now and have found EVERY person working there that I have had interface with to be exceptionally caring, professional, concerned and truly interested in my well being. Appointments have never run more than ten minutes past schedule and the care has been as professional as any care I've ever received in Houston, Texas at for profit hospital facilities. This Lubbock facility has to be one of the best in the country. Thanks to all of those helping the veterans here.
I had an appt. at the Heart Hospital, and the informed me that I could possibly have shingles. They have created a rash or blisters. So the nurse in the VA told me that if these symptom continue to come back. I made an appt. for the earliest date, December 18 and today I call to verify the appt. and it just not in the books. Now I am suppose to go to the clinic on Jan. 12, I have been trying to go see the replacement for Dr. Strange.
