This place has some of the top techs in the nation. Problems that other dealerships couldn't figure out, these guys did!
These people are the best. They stayed with us day after day until they got us back on the road. Every diesel mechanic knows what a hassle working on motorhomes can be. So many facilities have assigned their least important guys to be "stuck" with us. LTS gave us their best and they DID stick until the job was done and done right. 2 days and tons of money just to get a oil change after they smashed my transmission pan. Sad part is I found it. Will never go back here again.
The review written by Justin Graves is in no way a reflection of how my husband and l feel about Lubbock Truck Sales! Chad and I own the truck Justin drives, he is just an employee . The truck did go in for repairs back during the winter ( not sure why he chose today to post his review!?) It costs Justin not one dime to have repairs done on our truck EVER! Truck was acting up, suggested we change the fuel filters ,,, well 600 dollars later after running all the computer stuff still wasn't fixed ... Changed the fuel filters and wala its working... But still charged me the 600+ ... Never go back there again

I had repair done at this shop truck did not leak at all when it entered their shop.and when it left their shop i had a coolant &oil leak.called to describe the problems i was having told them i was taking my truck to my home freightliner dealer.told me they would take car of their faulty workmanship.and when it was all said and done picked my truck up they refused pay..and stuck me with the bill in my book thats very bad buieness ... Very disappointed with #lubbocktrucksales
