I rely on this place for pain management, but I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I call. I've called up to 20 time back to back multiple times a day multiple days a week if necessary. I dont understand how they can't seem to answer a phone call. Then also when trying to call them back to set up an appointment with them I still couldn't get a. Dr. Hirsch is the absolute best doctor and the lady who did my IV on 5/6/2024 at 8 am is the absolute best, when I got home not a bruise or anything on my hand, this place is top notch like Dr. Hirsch! I am so grateful for y'all.💖
